RETURN POLICY:
All tile orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving in order for a credit to be issued. ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. The restocking charge may be relinquished if a new order is placed and shipped within 30 days of the return. The return freight cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due to colors differing on individual browsers and computer monitors, it is highly recommended that a sample be ordered to confirm colors and patterns before the order is placed. Returns due to colors not identical to computer images will be charged a restocking fee.
